Since digital products, online content, and downloadable materials provide immediate access, all purchases are strictly non-refundable, regardless of usage status.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider after agreeing to this policy is considered a breach of terms.

Dispute the chargeback using proof of delivery/usage
